Gov. Hassan Submitting 6 Names as Judicial Nominees

Dorothy Graham of Manchester and Mark Howard of Durham are being nominated at Wednesday's Executive Council meeting

Gov. Maggie Hassan is nominating two judges to the New Hampshire Superior Court.

Dorothy Graham of Manchester and Mark Howard of Durham are being nominated at Wednesday's Executive Council meeting.

Howard is a partner at Howard and Ruoff, where he focuses on federal criminal defense. He was a prosecutor in the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office and an assistant U.S. attorney.

Graham is managing attorney for the Manchester office of the New Hampshire Public Defender. She began her career with the office in 1995, serving as a trial court and appellate advocate, and a manager and supervisor.

Hassan also is nominating Susan Ashely of Strafford and Michael Garner of Sanbornton to the Circuit Court, and Kimberly Chabot of Henniker and Barbara Maloney of Manchester as per diem Circuit Court judges.
