Gradual Clearing Saturday Night Ahead of Beautiful Sunday

After a chilly, gloomy Saturday, skies will be sunny and temperatures will be in the 70s and 80s on Sunday

It was a chilly start this Saturday morning with temperatures starting off in the 30s and 40s in many communities. After some morning sunshine, it turned into a gloomy Saturday. Showers were scattered, but there were some embedded downpours.

Clouds will gradually clear out overnight and the weather will be beautiful on Sunday. Skies will be sunny and temperatures will reach the upper 70s and low 80s.

Another area of rain will move in during the day on Monday. Temperatures will fall back into the low 70s. Behind the rain it will turn much cooler Tuesday and Wednesday. High temperatures both days will climb into the upper 60s. Wednesday, temperatures will be a bit warmer inland since it is an onshore flow.

Temperatures will return to the 70s by Thursday and it will be in the 80s again by Friday. Showers will return by Saturday of next weekend as temperatures drop into the 70s once again.

The tropics are heating up once again. We are watching Tropical Storm Humberto. It’s slowly moving through the Bahamas. The storm will recurve out to sea, but it's possible it pulls back closer to the coast midweek. Although it’s unlikely, we could see some impacts from the storm next weekend.
