Gronk, Brady Speak Ahead of AFC Championship Game

The press conference comes days ahead of the AFC Championship game against the Denver Broncos

Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady and Tight End Rob Gronkowski spoke at a press conference Thursday morning.

The press conference came days ahead of the AFC Championship game against the Denver Broncos.

Peyton Manning will meet Brady for a 17th time on Sunday with a trip to Super Bowl 50 at stake. The game starts at 3:05 p.m. Sunday.

Brady spoke of preparations for the game and said the team will have to work hard to overcome to Broncos. He spoke of his great respect for Manning, and the support he has received over the years from Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

Gronkowski spoke about how he never expected to speak at the podium and make it to the "big times."

He said playing on the road is always hard, and he expects the Denver fans to be loud.

Brady also spoke at a press conference Wednesday, but didn't comment much on the New York Daily News taking a shot at Brady with its "CRYBRADY" front page cover.
