    Swimmers are being told to stay out of the water at Hampton Beach in New Hampshire due to rough seas from Tropical Storm Hermine. 

    Officials say the surf is high and rip currents are very strong. 

    The warning applied to Tuesday and was expected to last through at least part of the week.
