Hillary Clinton Mannequin Stolen From Political Display in Hanson, Mass.

The mannequin was stolen from the display on Tuesday

A Hillary Clinton mannequin in an orange jumpsuit was stolen from a political display at a business in Hanson, Massachusetts on Tuesday.

Business owner and Donald Trump supporter Bob Sullivan was just trying to make by putting up the display.

"It was an idea we had at lunch," Sullivan said.

Days later, Sullivan and his friends built a jail cell and placed a mannequin made to look like Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton inside.

"It is Massachusetts, I can't do much, just expressing my opinion," he said. "It is kind of fun."

Hours before the last presidential debate on Tuesday though, Sullivan discovered the Clinton mannequin was missing.

"We didn't let her out on bail or anything like that, this is a legitimate prison break," he said.

Sullivan thinks someone pried apart two of the bars and took her.

"I saw her the other night in Las Vegas, and it seems to me the Hanson Police Dept doesn't seem to care she is at large," Sullivan said.

A few weeks ago, city officials sent Sullivan a note demanding the structure be taken down. Sullivan isn't backing down though, saying the cell has attracted thousands of visitors.

"The ground is all worn out, my sprinkler system is broken from people running all over it," he said.

Hanson Police says the matter is still under investigation.
