It's opening day for a new outdoor skating rink near New Hampshire's Strawbery Banke Museum in Portsmouth.
The Puddle Dock Pond rink was scheduled to open by Friday evening, after problems with some rough patches of ice earlier in the day.
The rink is two-thirds the size of a traditional rink. Spectators can view the skating from heated outdoor deck.
The rink will be open through the end of February.
