The Essex County Sheriff's Office are asking for the public's help in finding an inmate who walked away from the Lawrence Correctional Alternative Center on Tuesday.
Authorities said Robert Reidy, 24, of Nashua, New Hampshire is a pretrial inmate who faces drug possession charges.
Reidy, who is originally from Lowell, Massachusetts, is 6-feet tall, 160 pounds, has brown hair and wears eyeglasses.
The sheriff's office said Reidy is not classified as a violent offender but the public is urged to not approach him if spotted.
