Judge Denies Bail for Windham Man Accused of Killing His Wife

A Maine man accused of fatally shooting his wife was denied bail by a judge last week.

WCSH reports that Noah Gaston, of Windham, was denied bail after a judge decided that nothing in a recorded interview with the couple’s daughter supported police claims from the girl, who told investigators that her father and his wife were arguing before the shooting.

Gaston told authorities he shot his wife because he believe she was a home invader.
