Kids Taken Away by Ambulances After Bus, Van Collide

Four children were seen being taken away from the scene in two ambulances

At least four children were seen being taken away in ambulances after a crash in Providence, Rhode Island, involving a school bus, utility van and another vehicle.

The Providence Journal reports
that the bus involved in the crash at about 9 a.m. Monday was carrying children that appeared to be elementary school age. Another vehicle was a National Grid van.

About a dozen children were still on the bus after the accident.

A fire dispatcher did not immediately have information on the number of children injured and the extent of their injuries.
