Many parents are wondering whether their young children should have cell phones and private access to Internet

From iPhones to Facebook accounts, there's no shortage of technology that can be overwhelming for parents and kids alike.

"By signing up for the social media site, you're agreeing that you're at least 13 years of age, and that's a pretty good limit," said Dube. "Before then, you can have a family account and you can model expected use of the social media together."
