Traffic is moving slowly on I-84 east in Massachusetts just over the Connecticut line after a tractor-trailer hit another that was carrying small propane tanks.
The tanks spilled onto the road and there are minor injuries, but nothing exploded, according to Massachusetts State Police.
Two lanes are open, but Massachusetts state police advise of delays. The cleanup is underway and crews have collected the tanks.
An alert from the state Department of Transportation says traffic is backing up into Connecticut and they advise using an alternate route.
