Authorities in Massachusetts are at the scene of a major crash on I-495 that is causing severe delays Thursday afternoon.
State police say it happened on the southbound side of the highway in Lawrence at exit 42.
All lanes have been closed, and traffic is being diverted off the highway at exit 42A.
Aerial footage of the scene shows a major crash involving at least two vehicles.
