    Two passengers were hospitalized for neck pain after a Silver Line bus crashed in Boston. (Published Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016)

    MBTA officials are investigating a crash involving a Silver Line bus and a vehicle in Boston.

    Boston Police said the crash happened Tuesday at 2:37 p.m. at the intersection of William E. Mullins Way and Washington Street.

    MBTA officials said a driver came out of a nearby parking lot and somehow crashed into the bus.

    Two people on board the bus were transported to an area hospital for neck pain, according to MBTA officials.

    The exact cause of the crash remains under investigation.
