Greater Boston's commuter rail system will be fully operational on Monday, March 30, according to the transport group Keolis, after this winter's debilitating cold and record snowfall.

The trouble with the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority halted trains and stranded commuters. In the fallout, General Manager Dr. Beverly Scott steped down and leaders like Gov. Charlie Baker referred to the delays as "unacceptable."
