MBTA Police Arrest Man Wanted in Fla.

The Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority police say they have arrested a man who was wanted in Florida on a grand theft larceny charge.

The Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority police say they have arrested a man who was wanted in Florida on a grand theft larceny charge.

Police say Joshua Schuler, 27, of Jacksonville, Florida, was behaving aggressively when he was asked to leave the MBTA South Station bus terminal for loitering. Transit Police discovered there was a warrant for Schuler's arrest in connection to a grand theft larceny charge in Tampa, Florida.

Schuler was taken into custody. He will be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court for being a fugitive from justice. Police in Florida will eventually travel to Boston to assume custody.
