MBTA Riders Vent After Tough Morning Commute Due to Tech Problems, Service Delays

It was a tough commute into Boston for many MBTA riders on Tuesday, and they voiced their frustrations on social media.

The transit system's commuter rail line, which is operated by outside firm Keolis, announced they were experiencing problems with its mTicket smartphone app; the T also reported delays on several bus routes and the Orange and Red lines.

The roadways leading into Boston saw heavy traffic during the rainy morning commute as well, which lead to buses driving certain routes to be delayed.

Naturally, some customers took to social media to express their frustrations.
