A person was struck by and pinned under an MBTA train Sunday in Boston, authorities confirmed.
Transit police say a man in his 50s was hit on the southbound track around 2:30 p.m.
Boston Police said that the victim had become stuck under the train.
The victim was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Foul play is not suspected.
Shuttle buses replaced Red Line trains between Park Street and JFK/UMass for some time after the crash.
