MDEA: 3 Arrested on Crack Cocaine Charges

Jeffrey Davis, 30, and Kerry Burgess, 27, are being charged with aggravated trafficking in cocaine

The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency says three people were arrested in Biddeford, Maine, Tuesday on crack cocaine charges.

Jeffrey Davis, 30, and Kerry Burgess, 27, are being charged with aggravated trafficking in cocaine. 

The MDEA says they were arrested at their Green Street apartment without incident.

Bail has been set at $25,000 cash for Davis and $1,000 for Burgess.

Charmagn Cody, 32, of Biddeford, was also arrested in an unrelated case. The MDEA says undercover officers purchased crack cocaine from Cody at parks.

Cody's bail was set at $2,000.
