A New Hampshire man charged in connection with the drug overdose death of a 17-year-old girl has waived his right to a hearing.

Mark Ross is one of three people charged following the death of Evangelique "Eve" Tarmey at a Rochester motel last month.

The 41-year-old Ross is charged with dispensing a controlled drug that resulted in a death, as well as witness tampering, conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled drug and falsifying physical evidence. He's being held on $50,000 cash bail.

Tarmey's mother and Ross' girlfriend, 41-year-old Jazzmyn Rood, faced a similar hearing last week. A judge has not yet ruled whether the state has probable cause to move forward with the case against Rood.

The third person charged, 31-year-old Leslie Aberle of Salisbury, Massachusetts, faces a Nov. 30 hearing.
