A man was arrested in North Troy, Vermont, on Saturday after he threatened to kill a woman and her pets.
Police say Anthony Celano, 49, grabbed a female victim and bruised her arms and face. He threatened to kill her and her animals if she called the police.
Celano was charged with domestic assault. He is being held on $25,000 cash bail pending his arraignment Tuesday in Orleans District Court.
