New Hampshire Police have arrested and charged a man in reference to a dispute that involved a missing bag of ice and a machete.

On January 11, the Manchester Police responded to 336 Beech St after being contacted about a dispute involving a machete.

The victim reported that earlier in the evening she was invited to 336 Beech St to hang out with friends. During the evening there was a verbal and physical dispute over a missing bag of ice. Reginald Paul Roc, the resident of 336 Beech St, asked everyone to leave the apartment.

The victim later realized that she had left her sweater inside of the 336 Beech St apartment and returned with the group to retrieve it. When the group entered the apartment, Paul Roc confronted the group waiving a machete over his head, yelling for everyone to leave.

The group exited the apartment and contacted the police.

Paul Roc was arrested and charged with felony criminal threatening and simple assault.
