Man Arrested For Graffiti In Laundry Room, Outside Starbucks

Jacob O'Connell charged with 2 counts of criminal mischief

Police in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, on Sunday responded to an apartment building to investigate suspicious people walking around inside.

When officers arrived on scene, they located fresh graffiti in the laundry room of the complex at 276 State St.

Located nearby was Jacob O'Connell, 41, with evidence of the crime in his possession.

Authorities also located the same type of fresh graffiti on the outside building of Starbucks in the square.

O'Connell, with no fixed address, was charged with two counts of criminal mischief. He was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail with a court date of Nov. 17.
