A 64-year-old man was apprehended Wednesday morning by MBTA Transit Police for Indecent Assault & Battery.
Stephan Bova allegedly approached an unidentified female victim from behind while she was plugging in her iPhone.
The victim reported the incident to MBTA Police who apprehended Bova while he was seated in the terminal waiting area.
A date has not yet been set for Bova's arraignment.
