A man has been arrested for breaking into a house and stealing construction equipment in Washington, Massachusetts.
Police say 24-year-old Travis Cormier of Pittsfield broke into the house, which was under construction, and took the equipment.
State police arrested Cormier after an investigation that lasted a week. Departments from Egremont, Hinsdale and Becket assisted.
Cormier is charged with larceny, as well as breaking and entering. After his arraignment, he was released on $1,000 bail.
