Vermont State Police have arrested a man they say was drunk when he crashed an ATV in Passumpsic Monday night.
Police responded to the scene at 22 Bridge St. around 8 p.m. after reports of an ATV crashing into a mailbox.
Investigation showed Bruce Grady, 55, of Passumpsic, was under the influence.
He was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI and was released with a citation.
He is set to appear in court on June 20.
