Hollis, New Hampshire, Police have charged a suspect with the assault on a nine-year-old girl.
On Nov. 5, police pursued an active arrest warrant and took Kevin Foye, 58, into custody at his home on Proctor Hill Road.
Police say that the initial incident occurred in Sept. of 2001; however, the victim did not report the incident until Sept. of 2014.
Foye was charged with one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault, a Class A felony.
It is alleged that the victim is the child of Foye's girlfriend at the time of the assault.
Foye was released on $10,000 bail. He will be arraigned on Dec. 23 in Nashua District Court.
