A Chelsea, Massachusetts, man has been charged in connection to the August shooting deaths of two brothers in Lowell.
Dara Poum, 22, is accused of shooting and killing 35-year-old Keith Callahan and 29-year-old Joseph Callahan, in their apartment back on August 10.
Police say Poum entered the brothers' apartment looking for someone who wasn't actually there.
A fight broke out and the two brothers were fatally shot.
