Man Charged in OUI Fatal Crash Due in Court

A Rehoboth, Massachusetts, man charged with driving drunk and crashing head-on into a motorcyclist, killing the man, is expected in court Monday.

Police say 40-year-old Jeffery Fisk Jr. slammed into 63-year-old Anthony Kishfy of Seekonk, who riding his motorcycle on Agricultural Avenue Saturday in Taunton.

Police responded just after 2:30 p.m. to find the victim severely injured and unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Fisk was treated for injuries at Sturdy Hospital. Upon his release, he was taken to the Rehoboth Police Department to be booked on charges of motor vehicle homicide and OUI.

He is being held on $100,040 cash bail. He will be arraigned at Taunton District Court. It is not immediately clear if he has an attorney.
