Man Charged with Using False Documents to Obtain License

Man claiming to be Helton Jose Marin Perez was arrested for tampering with public records in Nashua, NH

 New Hampshire State Police have arrested a man for trying to use false documents to obtain a driver's license in Nashua.

The man claiming to be 32-year-old Helton Jose Marin Perez of Manchester was arrested Friday on charges of tampering with public records and unsworn falsification.

The suspect is the fourth person in a week to be arrested on those charges at the Nashua Department of Motor Vehicles.

Twenty-five-year-old Rico Rodriguez of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested Aug. 2.

Wednesday, 24-year-old Leisa Yarelis Tejeda Pimentel and a man claiming to be 25-year-old Jose Miguel Alvarado, both of Peabody, Massachusetts, were arrested on the same charges.

Officials are still trying to determine the true identities of Alvarado and Perez.

Perez was held without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Nashua.
