Man Crashes Car After Being Stabbed in Worcester

Officers found the victim covered in blood sitting next to a totaled vehicle

A man who was stabbed by an angry homeowner in Worcester crashed his car while trying to escape Thursday evening.

Officers found the victim covered in blood sitting next to a totaled vehicle that had crashed into a railing on Plantation Street around 7:30 p.m. Multiple tires on the vehicle were also flat.

The victim had two slash marks on the back of his head and was transported to the hospital.

Police found Geoffrey Plonski, 28, of Worcester Mr. Plonski, who told police he had been involved in a fight with the victim and slashed his tires with a folding knife.

Investigation revealed that the victim had been at Plonski’s home with permission from another resident. Plonski was angry about the victim being in his home and stabbed him in the neck.

Plonski was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife) and defacement of property. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Worcester District Court on Friday.
