New Hampshire State Police say that a man was driving 107 mph on Route I-93 South with his baby in the car.
A state trooper says he caught Philip Shaw, a 29-year-old man from Concord, New Hampshire, going 107 mph in a 65 mph zone on Tuesday morning. Shaw had his 8 month old in the car.
He was arrested for Reckless Driving and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He's set to appear in court on January eighth, 2016.
