Man Exposes Himself to Women in Stratford Town Center

Police are trying to identify the man who exposed himself to at least three women and followed one of them in the area of Stratford town center.

Stratford police said all three incidents occurred late at night, around 10 or 11 p.m., in the area of 2400 or 2500 Main Street. The first incident happened May 4 and the next two happened on May 13.

Stratford police said the man confronted women seemingly at random. The victims provided similar descriptions of the man in all three cases.

"I live in Stratford and I walk home at 10 and 11, at that time, so it's kind of disturbing," said Stratford resident Ofonime Udo-Okon. "I'm probably going to call my parents to pick me up more often now instead of walking home."

Police said the man did not make physical contact with any of the women. They are currently following leads and continue to investigate.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Stratford Police Department Detective Division at 203-385-4119 or the TIPS line at 203-375-8477.
