Man Facing OUI Charge After Fatal Crash

A Stockbridge, Massachusetts, man faces drunken driving and other charges following a weekend crash that killed one of his passengers.

Police say 22-year-old Kyle Bailey was behind the wheel of a vehicle that crashed into a utility pole in Great Barrington on Saturday.

A front seat passenger, 21-year-old Garret Norton, was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Another passenger survived.

Police tell The Berkshire Eagle (http://bit.ly/1GCWVeU ) that Bailey also required hospitalization.

Bailey faces charges including motor vehicle homicide while operating under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle. He was held on $7,000 bail and it's unclear when he'll be arraigned.
