A New Hampshire man has been sentenced to over 12 years in federal prison for robbing a bank and brandishing a firearm.
Frank Mione of Milford pleaded guilty on Sept. 29. The 49-year-old Mione admitted that in August 2013, he robbed a TD Bank in Merrimack, that he used a shotgun to commit the robbery and pointed it at several tellers.
Prosecutors said Mione got about $2,200 during the robbery.
He was recently in federal court in Concord.
