Police say a man has been hospitalized after a shooting in western Massachusetts.
Officer Michael Wilk tells WWLP-TV police are investigating after a man was shot in downtown Chicopee Wednesday night.
Officers received a call that shots had been fired around 9:30 p.m. The man was taken to a local hospital. His condition is unknown.
Detectives were investigating the area. The cause of the shooting and the number of suspects is unknown.
