Man Pulled Over, Arrested on Drug Charges

Police in Hollis, NH say Jeffrey Mullen had several prescription drugs without prescriptions

Police in Hollis, New Hampshire, pulled over a pickup truck and arrested a man on drug charges.

Thirty-nine-year-old Jeffrey Mullen of Brookline is charged with felony and misdemeanor possession of a controlled drug, as well as misdemeanor transportation of a controlled drug.

Hollis Police stopped Mullen when they said he was driving erratically. After searching his truck, police say they found several prescription drugs.

According to police, Mullen did not have prescriptions for the drugs.

Mullen was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on Oct. 15 for his arraignment.
