Authorities are investigating after more than 20 gunshots fired outside a Stoughton, Massachusetts, hotel left a man badly injured.
The Enterprise reports the shooting happened around noon Sunday at a Courtyard Marriott hotel. Police say a man and a woman were targeted. The woman was unharmed.
Police say the man was shot multiple times.
He was taken to Boston Medical Center where he underwent surgery that afternoon. The woman was hospitalized for evaluation. No other guests at the hotel were injured.
Police say no arrests have been made as of Sunday night.
