A 24-year-old Vermont man is charged with violating conditions of release from a previous incident after he was sprayed with bear deterrent while trying to enter his home forcibly, state police say.
Sean Blake of Killington was arrested Sunday. Troopers responded just before 5 p.m. to the home on Innsbruck Lane.
Police did not give any information about Blake's previous arrest.
