Man to be Arraigned on Attempted Murder Charge

A 20-year-old man is scheduled to be arraigned on an attempted murder charge following a shooting in Farmington, New Hampshire.

Farmington police say they responded to a trailer home after reports of shots fired early Monday. They said a victim was shot in the upper chest and shoulder area in the driveway after an argument. Police said the victim was taken to a hospital and is believed to be in stable condition; the identity has not been released.

Police say a resident, Nathan Douglas Foster, of Farmington, was charged with attempted murder. It wasn't immediately known if he had a lawyer. He was to be arraigned Tuesday in Strafford County Superior Court.
