A Massachusetts man arrested earlier this month is facing his sixth OUI charge, according to Douglas Police.
Matthew Werne, 53, was arrested March 8 after he allegedly drove drunk to a club.
Werne allegedly told police a friend drove him to the club, but his keys were found in his ignition and his car was warm.
Werne is being held on $25,000 bail and is scheduled to return to court April 7.
