A 60-year-old Winchester man was killed this week when a bulldozer backed over him while he was working at a site in central Massachusetts.
A Worcester district attorney's office spokesman says Paul Troisi was pronounced dead at the scene Wednesday in Phillipston.
Officials say the bulldozer backed over Troisi, an employee of Tro-Con Corp., as he was working on the construction of a town park behind a police station.
The death is being considered a workplace accident, although the investigation is still ongoing.
Prosecutors say they don't see anything suspicious about the death.
