Man Charged After 3 Shot, 2 Killed in Revere, Mass.

State police assigned to the DA's office are investigating

Police have made an arrest after two people were killed and one person was seriously injured in a shooting Thursday night in Revere, Massachusetts.

The Suffolk County District Attorney's Office confirmed that it was investigating the deaths after the shooting at 70 Waite St.

The two people killed were Peter Pitari, 66, and Christy Johnson, 35, both of Revere. A 38-year-old man was also badly injured and remains hospitalized. He is expected to survive.

Friday, officials announced that Michael DeLeon of Lynn had been arrested in connection to the killings.

DeLeon will be arraigned on murder charges Monday in Chelsea District Court.
