Detectives with the Chittenden Unit for Special Investigations and the Burlington Police Department in Vermont say over the past week a man approached four different people six different times on Loomis Street.
According to WPTZ, Police say each time the man pulls up in a silver Volkswagen, asks personal questions, and repeatedly tries to get people to get in his car.
Each incident has happened during the early morning hours, between 1 a.m. and as late as 8 a.m.
