NH Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting 4 Girls

A New Hampshire man is facing sexual assault charges after he allegedly assaulted four girls in August.

Mohammod Rafique, 27, of Nashua, is facing charges of felonious sexual assault, two counts of simple assault, and one count of attempted simple assault.

Nashua police say they responded to a home in Nashua on Sept. 7 for a report of a sexual assault. It was reported Rafique touched the four girls inappropriately the prior month. Rafique knew one of the victim’s family members, according to police.

A warrant for the felonious sexual assault charge for Rafique was obtained following an investigation. The additional charges came at the time of his arrest.

Rafique refused bail and is expected to be arraigned on Sept. 20.

It’s not clear if he has an attorney.
