N.H. Police Seize More Than 130 Marijuana Plants From Grow Operation

52-year-old David A. Brock of Rochester has been charged in connection to the grow operation

A New Hampshire man has been charged in connection to a major marijuana grow operation after authorities say probation officers checked the home to visit a client.

Fifty-two-year-old David A. Brock of 25 Anita St. in Rochester was arrested and charged with manufacturing a controlled drug on Monday evening.

Rochester Police say probation officers detected marijuana inside Brock's home after meeting with him to check in on a client, and then secured the home and got a search warrant.

When the warrant was executed, police say they found more than 132 marijuana plants in various stages of growth. Brock allegedly also had growing equipment inside the home, which was also seized.

Brock was held on $25,000 cash bail and was taken to Strafford County Jail Monday night. He was arraigned Monday. No word if he has a lawyer.
