A Waterville, Maine, man was arrested and charged over the weekend after he broke into a Farmingdale home and punched the homeowner, according to the Kennebec Journal.
Jonathan L. Choate, 43, was charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and assault.
The victim, 65-year-old Richard Seavey, told police Choate was naked when he broke into his home on 37 Bowman Street around 4 a.m. on Sunday.
Seavey discovered Choate naked in his dining room. Choate then proceeded to punch him in the face three times.
Choate reportedly told police that he had no memory of how he arrived at the home, saying he thought he was at a female friend's house.
Seavey phoned police after getting Choate to settle down. He was not injured in the attack.
