A New Hampshire man has been arrested in connection with the beating death of a 60-year-old man just before Thanksgiving.
The state's attorney general says Thomas E. Corliss, 30, was arrested Monday and charged with second-degree murder in the death of Todd Downing of Wentworth.
Authorities say Downing was found severely injured in his Atwell Hill Road home on Nov. 23, and later died at a local hospital. An autopsy determined his cause of death was blunt impact injuries and it was ruled a homicide.
It's unclear where Corliss was arrested or if he has an attorney.
He's due in court Monday afternoon to face the second degree murder charge.
