A minimum security inmate is missing from a Transitional Housing Unit in Concord, the New Hampshire Department of Corrections says.

Christy Blondeau, 32, of Manchester was given permission to leave the Shea Farm Transitional Housing Unit in Concord at 7 p.m. for two hours Friday night. She did not return and was placed on walkaway status at midnight.

Blondeau is described as five feet, six inches, and 170 pounds. She has brown hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo on her right ankle.

According to the Department of Corrections, Blondeau is serving a one and a half to three year sentence for forgery. She was eligible for parole on May 5.

Anyone with information is asked to contact their local police or the New Hampshire State Prison at 603-271-1801.

This is the second New Hampshire State Prison incident reported Saturday. They say a male inmate walked away from the North End Transitional Housing Unit in Concord, but ultimately returned several hours later.
