Without the key, handcuffs cannot be removed and so the handcuffed person is unable to move his or her wrists more than a few centimetres/inches apart, making many tasks difficult or impossible.

New Hampshire State Police say they busted a meth lab in Lempster and arrested two.

The State Police, the Attorney General's Drug Task Force, and a DEA Clandestine Laboratory Team acted on a warrent for a house on South Pitkin Road Saturday night.

According to police, the Joshua Bush, 36, and Heather Davis, 31, were making meth at their house on 123 South Pitkin Road in Lempster. They were both arrested and arraigned in Fifth Circuit Court, Newport on Monday. Bush is being held on $100,000 bail and Davis is being held on $25,000 cash bail.

The two will appear in court again on Janurary fifth for a Probable Cause Hearing.
