Boston Police confirm a fatal hit-and-run occurred in the city's Dorchester neighborhood Wednesday night.
A man in his 50s was struck and killed at the intersection of American Legion Highway and Blue Hill Avenue around 5:20 p.m. His identity has not been released.
Police are investigating. They say the vehicle involved, a black Lincoln Town Car, was last seen fleeing the area outbound on Blue Hill Avenue.
No arrests have been made. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Boston Police Department at 617-343-4470.
